Color of lump?: It is hard to say since we don't know what this lump looks like. However reflux can cause the lymph tissue at the back of the throat to enlarge from the irritation. Make sure that you are taking your omeprazole 60 mins before breakfast but you do need to have your doctor take a look at the lump.

Every time I swallow I feel a uncomfortable feeling/pain and it feels like my hyoid bone is clicking or griding on something. If I touch my throat above my adams apple I can feel it clicking. Its going on 3 weeks now. Can acid reflux cause this?
