I was eating and i felt a sudden pop in my throat. my adams apple feel like it is gone now or moved. hurts to swallow. does not hurt to talk. my throat has a constant very uncomfortable feeling?

Clearly something is displaced and you may have strained during swallowing a large bolus of food anr when yawning, I would have an Ear Nose and Throat specialist take a look if it does not right itself in a day or so.

Every time I swallow I feel a uncomfortable feeling/pain and it feels like my hyoid bone is clicking or griding on something. If I touch my throat above my adams apple I can feel it clicking. Its going on 3 weeks now. Can acid reflux cause this?
