Shower time blues: Does this include all your toes? One foot or both feet ? More than likely this has something to do with a spasm of the blood vessels in the toe(s) leading to sluggish flow and purple blue color. Try different water temperatures to see if this has a difference. Having said all this, it might be necessary to have a vascular study performed.
