A doctor has provided 1 answer

Frost complication: or Raynaud's phenomena. It is not unusual to have increase sensitivity to cold and altered circulation after frostbite and that may be what is currently happening. With Raynaud's, the vessels go into spasm and usually turn the digit white and then blue followed by flushing. Keeping both the body core as well as extremities warm helps to relieve the symptoms.
