Lymphadenopathy: How big are those glands, how many & are they painful, any other plands in other locations such as your neck or arm pit? Do you have any other symptoms? There are many causes for this problem . You need to see you Dr to check them & to look for enlarged spleen, rashes or any source of infections. You might need blood work to make a diagnosis . We may keep an eye on them but is up to your Dr.
