Yes: It often does that -- "dermatopathic lymphadenopathy". You may also have them simply because you're in good health -- all young adults have a few. When I went barefoot in the summers, my groin nodes always popped up. A node that's a sign of illness is obviously abnormal and I wouldn't fret about yours.
