Sinusitis: Azithromycin is not the best antibiotic to use for sinus coverage in my opinion. So this is either a real bacterial infection with failure to respond to the given antibiotic...or it may be viral and has not gone through its entire life cycle. Try a decongestant for the ear pain. Drink plenty of fluids as well.
