Yes.: You weight is healthy for your height. Having a burger or pizza once a week is OK as long as you eat well otherwise. Eat a diet high in protein, low in carbs with lots of fruits and vegetables. Exercise at least 150 minutes per week. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
