Hour or so after: More importantly, simply being dedicated and sticking to a regiment of exercise is the most important and assuring you eat less calories than you burn off. If you start to really watch the amount of carbs and count your calories daily, then exercise to burn off the calories, it is a mathematical constant that if you burn more calories (weight) than yo eat, you will lose weight.
