No: Over-the-counter ibuprofen & naproxen are in the same family of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). As such, they shouldn't be used concomitantly as they increase your risk of bleeding ulcers & kidney disease. Acetaminophen (sold as paracetamol outside States) can be used w/either naproxen or ibuprofen. But beware that more than 3,000mg/d +/- alcohol can increase risk of liver disease
