Yes, you can take Naproxen when taking Amphetamin/Dextroamphetamine unless you are taking medication(s) for hypertension or if you have kidney disease or stomach problem. Tylenol OTC is safe to use as needed but Advil or Motrin or Ibuprofen (OTC) have the same adverse effects as Naproxen (Aleve). Remember Tylenol or the other meds OTC should be used as needed only.
