Yes: Yes, it would be ok to take another Aleve (naproxen), (naproxen) now. However, be careful about combining these two medications since they both act on the same way, it is not necessary to use them together. Pick one. Aleve (naproxen) should be taken every 12 hours, whereas ibuprofen can be taken every 8 hours. Hydrate yourself, since these meds taken in excess can damage your kidneys.

I forgot to mention that you need to take this medicine with food in your stomach, since a major problem with them is that they can cause gastritis and stomach ulcers. Food helps protect the stomach.
