In April, I started getting pain from the bottom of my neck down to my left shoulder &arm. Ive been for physio and an X-ray which said I had superspinatus tendon.I took anti inflam for a few days but the pain hasn't stopped. Should I see a specialist?

I broke my upper humerus 12 weeks ago. It is still very painful and feels as if it's cracking when I move it. An X-ray shows it is healing and with calluses forming. Might I be damaging this new bone formation by moving my arm a lot? I am aged eighty?
