Not an emergency but: Given your history of a significant fracture of your elbow, pain in the joint should not be ignored. Initially treat the pain with "rice" that is rest, ice, compression (e.g. An ace wrap), and elevation. If the pain persists get an x-ray and if possible see the orthopedist who initially treated you for the fracture.
