Wrinkly palms.: Some possibilities are excess exposure to water, some antibiotics, or genetic. Recommend consultation with the Pediatrician.

I would suggest a screening test for Cystic Fibrosis. This can be performed with a sweat test, but this may be a reaction to immersion in water.
