Give: there could be a risk if the child was given positive. It would be extremely rare for a child to be hiv positive, so even if you were exposed to his blood it would be very unlikely that you would contract anything.

Low risk: Even though my answer is yes, the risk is on the order of less than 1%, very unlikely to get HIV from a splash exposure of blood
