No worries of HIV: from a mosquito bite. HIV is not from an insect, but from human sexual contact, or infected needle, IV of blood from someone who has it. It's okay if you didn't see mosquito. If your bite looks infected, or you're getting sick, see your doctor. There is a particular mosquito that's getting people very sick, the Asian Tiger Mosquito or chikungunya mosquito now in northern states besides Texas.
