Atypical lymphs: A predominance of atypical lymphocytes is most commonly associated with a variety of viral infection. Certain bacteria can cause it as well, but this is a less common scenario.

Viral infection: If you have been very fatigued and tired, a lot of atypical lymphocytes could mean you have Mono, you should ask your doctor for more information.
