Wbc7.6 rbc:4,6 hg:12.7 neutrophils:28.9 platelets:340 lymphocytes:64%(4.8) ive lymphnodes that dont increase in size for over a year and my old cbcs always show lymphocytosis around50% ive yet to see a specialis. what could be the cause?

You do have absolute and persistent lymphocytosis and lymphadenopathy although you do not have leukocytosis. Definitely, you need to see a hematologist for further work-up.

You may watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
