Low carb. diet: Avoid high glycemic index carbohydrates- Google for details of glycemic index of carbs. Eat complex carbs- avoid simple sugars,baked goods,soda & all sweetened drinks. Drink warm lemon juice on rise in AM.Do not eat any big meal after 6 PM. Have a balanced breakfast with a lot of protein.Drink a lot of filtered water.May have yogurt & KEFIR. Cook with extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil.
