Yes: But, the key to using any relaxation method with insomnia is to concentrate on relaxing, not on falling sleep. Mindfulness meditation, deep muscle relaxation, pleasant imagery, & physical methods like a warm bath help but when you think about how badly you want to sleep & "try hard", you stay awake. Studies show trying to stay awake helps you fall asleep! See your primary care doc if it persists!
