Meditation music: during sleep can be comforting and help w/sleep. If it keeps you awake set a timer so that it goes off an hour or so after you think you will fall asleep. Avoid anything that catches your attention such as words in music. Your brain will alternate between your thoughts and the content of the words and work against sleep. Peace and good health.
