Long Nose: You may be suffering from an olfactory disorder like Parosmia (abhorrent odor perception) or have a very sensitive nose. Microcomodones are the smallest form of an acne lesion. They are the nonvisible central precursor lesion of acne. Go to a Dermatologitst and try Adapalene Gel 0.1% daily. I hope the smell resolves
