I've got terrible ear ache in both ears which has persisted for three days now. Also still got a sore throat, cough and sore chest from mid March after antibiotics and Dulin ampules. How could I take care of this at home or should I see the doctor?

26, don't smoke, left chest pain for 2mnths. Dull ache w occasional burning and shooting pains. Tender ribs and possible reflux. EKG, blood, stress test normal. Troponin I < 0.02. They couldn't find anything. Can it still be my chest? Pleurisy?
