Need otoscope exam: You need an otoscopic exam of your left ear. If negative, i would consider brain mri. You can possible have acoustic neuroma(benign brain tumor), temporal arthritis, or mastoiditis. If negative mri, you need a sed rate to consider temporal arthritis.
