Ear pain is: Common in many people with throat infections. There is nothing wrong with the ears usually. If they hurt when you swallow or yawn then source is the throat. I would recommend a good decongestant and antihistamine combination for the associated symptoms. Try otc Pseudoephedrine and fexofenadine.
