Overuse - Return Slo: I'd recommend taking a break from cycling until the stiffness and swelling improves. Naproxen (Aleve) twice daily can help and wrapping it. Not being in pain is a good sign that its not surgical, but a strain from instant overuse. When better, inch back into cycling slowly allow your strength and endurance build slowly. Cycling is an awe sport. Make sure you are fitted correctly to your bike.
