I have pain in my right side lower back together with pain/stiffness at the back of my knee and have sensitive/painful skin in my lower back region which also spreads around my hip and into my groin area. ths skin in my groin area is also swollen?

Back and knee pain : Your back problems may cause or contribute to nerve inflammation which causes leg weakness/knee pain and skin burning. I can not be sure about this hypothesis without an examination. I don't see, based on the information provided, the skin swelling snd its connection to this. I would first ask your primary care doctor.
