Lexapro/5HTP: Being aprecursor of Serotonin, and with Lexapro (escitalopram) inhibiting reuptake of Serotonin, you would end up with too much Serotonin. I would not recommend it. Talk t your doctor about possibly adjusting the Lexapro (escitalopram) if response is limited.
