Please discuss this: with your physicians. When lexapro (escitalopram) and methadone are used together it can increase risk for cardiac arrhythmia.

Probably not best: Especially with your other medical conditions, the risks of cardiac side effects is not a great idea. Many people handle this combo - but in your case - it's a good idea to discuss alternatives w/ your provider. Our systems are all working together and each of the meds alone react differently in combo. Never stop a Rx w/o medical advice and monitoring. Best wishes!

Very safe: there is no interactions, however, with methadone it is always recommended to ask your physician for any medication intake even if the medication is OTC or vitamin.
