Not that simple: Assuming you haven't developed any liver or kidney disease in the last 5 years, the drug will be eliminated at the same rate whether you've taken it for 5 years or 5 days. The difference is that your brain may have accommodated to the drug in ways that are not dose-dependent. If so, how long the drug EFFECT will wear off in your case can't be predicted or measured in any practical way.
