Most likely: The interaction is likely minimal to none and it should be safe. Any medication that acts on the central nervous system may subtly change the senses in a way that may make the binaural beats qualitatively different with uncertain ramifications for the effectiveness of the binaural beats although there is nothing that I am aware of that is described in the medical literature about their interaction.

Likely safe: to enhance relaxation & meditation. However, some report it's use for astral projection & other mental /spiritual journeys. Would be cautious about attempting use for later reasons.
