You are already: on the highest dose of Lexapro, (escitalopram) so your options would be to switch or add another medication. There are other classes of medications for OCD and anxiety. Increase dose: Since it was previously helpful for your anxiety, the logical thing would be to increase the dose to 30mg daily. Of course you need to take into consideration any new stressors that could be contributing to your anxiety and have those addressed in therapy.

It is best to discuss this with your Psychiatrist who knows your medical history. If you are not confident in your Doctor please see another for a second opinion. Please have a physical exam to know if these symptoms are due to an illness. If not please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to evaluate your problems and help you.
