Talk to your doctor : Prilosec can increase the blood level of Lexapro (escitalopram) and thus increase the risk of side effects. That being said, there are many patients who take both together and never experience any problems. Talk to your doctor who knows you and can monitor you accordingly. Hope this helps! Best wishes!
