Yesterday i was working and out of the blue i had a heart palpitation. It felt like my heart slowed down or stopped and i got light headed and dizzy. I felt faint. It lasted for like 5 seconds and went back to normal. Should i go to the hospital?
Lower than usual BP and heart rate. BP 95/65 normally 110/73. Heart rate 58 normally 78. Low iron. Lightheaded, blurred vision, dizzy. No cold or flu.
