Yesterday i was working and out of the blue i had a heart palpitation. it felt like my heart slowed down or stopped and i got light headed and dizzy. i felt faint. it lasted for like 5 seconds and went back to normal. should i go to the hospital?

Doesn't sound urgent. However, you should schedule an appt with your PCP for further workup. If this occurred while working outside in the heat, make sure you stay very well hydrated. Drink at least 64 oz/day or until your urine is clear.
