On any meds?: First thing I'd wonder about is whether you're taking a beta-blocker for migraines or mitral-valve prolapse or some other reason. Your symptoms are consistent with that. If not, something else is slowing down your heart, which would be no big deal if you had no symptoms. You should get this checked out in a TIMELY fashion.

Random heart rate spikes whilst doing nothing, happens whilst laying down or driving. Body sometimes go into a hypertensive state, if I can call it that. Blurry vision, light headed, nauseous, dizzy. All this happens when the heart rate goes up.
