Pec Major injury?: The Pectoralis Major muscle and tendon course across the chest laterally across the axilla to insert onto the arm bone. Pain about the muscle may be a symptom of a muscle strain or partial tear. This injury usually occurs during weight lifting. Seek an orthopaedic evaluation if the symptoms persist for more than a week
