Systemic Problem: 45y f has muscle spasm-like symptoms in chest and both legs with pain right upper arm. This is an odd presentation, but not characteristic of heart problems. A systemic problem is suggested & diagnosis will depend on face-to-face physical examination and laboratory studies. Electrolytes? Thyroid? Start with a primary care provider. If any lightheadedness, chest pain or fever go to urgent care.
