Left chest pain when moving left arm and when bending forward. i dont know if its inside the breast that hurts or the chest itself. what is it? is it a tension muscle in chest that make it hurts? or heart issue?

Left chest pain: May be nerve or tendon ( if not allergic try NSIAD) or costochondritis inflammation of the rib junction-palpate on your chest -see if reproduces pain or TMJ or reflux/ GERD, esophagitis -see if ranitidine/ prevacid / maalox changes pain ( if not allergic) . Rarely may be breast, lymph node inflammation(palpate breast, under arm) or the lining around the heart pericarditis. f/u/ w/ doc
