My chest area on my left hurts. it feels like i pulled a muscle and hurts sometimes when i touch it. i did nothing strenuous and its been happening from time to time. can you be signs of heart issues? sometimes my arm feels sore. what do you think?

If it hurts when you touch your chest, then this is chest wall discomfort, not cardiac. There are muscles, cartilage and bone that can all be the etiology of discomfort. Possibilities include a pulled muscle, inflamed cartilage or a bone bruise or even fracture A pulled muscle on your chest wall can occur without strenuous activity-even a sleeping position can result in a pulled muscle.
