No not really: No even though some supplements are promoted for weight loss like green coffee beans and others marketed as fat melters, but in my opinion they do not work unless you restrict total calorie intake and burn more by doing exercise regularly.That does work if one does it seriously.

No: Nothing alters the equation of energy (calories) in vs. Calories burned controlling changes in wt. Aerobic exercise is more effective for wt. Loss than weight training. If you want to be successful at losing weight, you will need to decrease intake and burn more calories by exercise. Weight training and protein supplements are prone to make you gain wt. As muscle.
