I got my wisdom teeth out on thursday can i smoke if i use gause ive been rinising with salt water and leaving tea bags in my mouth to help cloth ?

No: I would avoid smoking for at least 7 days post extraction as it slows down healing. If you no longer have active bleeding, and you should not, than you no longer need the tea bags. Rinse with warm salt water several times a day until tissue has closed off the extraction sites.
