Wisdom tooth scalp: I have never heard of a wisdom tooth scalp. Need more info. Maybe u mean scab? Give us more details. Scab would be normal after extraction. Or did they pack it with something to stop bleeding and that is what you saw. Discuss with ur dentist.

See your Dentist : Blood clot helps regeneration of bone in extraction socket .It appears you have lost the blood clot from lower right extremity socket . It is good idea to see your Dentist as post op visit and let let him evaluate if any treatment is needed .
