Migraine ?: Many patients with pain in the sinus area of the face or around the eyes are often diagnosed with a “sinus headache.” however, recent epidemiological studies revealed that 42-62% of patients with these symptoms met the ihs criteria for migraine without aura but received a diagnosis of “sinus headaches” resulting in incorrect treatment. I have migraine but lately i have frequent headache on front, back head and one side. Every morning my head hurts when i wake up and i have headache almost every day. Could it be brain tumor? And there is part of my head middle always in pain.
Numbness and tension headache on right side of head for ten days. ER CT scan negative, dxd migraine. Symptoms still persist MRI scheduled for Nov 2nd. No slurring, dilated pupils, drooping. Wait for MRI or go back to ER?
