7th cranial nerve: inflammation or infection can begin this way. Typically the pain is just behind the ear. Have the ear canal and ear drum looked at for vesicles (Ramsey Hunt Syndrome). If you develop facial weakness see a doctor within 48 hours for steroid treatment. (see other responses for other considerations like TMJ, Migraine and recurrent viral infection-Ramsey Hunt / shingles)

Go see your DR: Could be a viral or bacterial infection. Migraine couldtrigger ear pain and vice-versa. Watery and itchy eyes could be from an allergic and/or viral infection. Have yourself examined by your dr.

A little complex: Let's start with the ear pain, which might be a nervus intermedius neuralgia, but the focal issues could be a TMJ process. Eye problems of this sort can be associated with cluster headaches, but all of this does not fit neatly. Are you near a very experienced neurologist or otolaryngologist, as this needs to be evaluated and specified so we can fix it.
