Vomiting/tonsillitis: Vomiting can occur with Streptococcal Gp A pharyngitis (strep throat), along with headache and fever, sore throat, rash, and enlarged tender lymph nodes of the neck. Please seek medical help for a strep screen/culture/antibiotic from your physician, urgent care center, or emergency center. You can be given medication to stop the vomiting and IV fluids if necessary.
