Nothing available: Growth centers in long bones determine how tall you can grow.Most growth centers will close at 16-19 years in males. After that happens, you are done. If your growth centers are open, a balanced diet/rest ; healthy physical activity will support good growth.Their are no special diet or exercises that make you taller.

No: You've probably reached your full height. In most cultures, taller is a plus for a man, but it's completely overridden in the "looks" department by your muscular development and overall level of fitness. There's nothing you're going to be able to do about your height, but you can look fantastic just by spending an hour a day in the gym. Lee Priest (photo guy) is 5'2", not complaining.
