hi, i normally take a 100mg of zoloft (sertraline) daily but today i accidentally took two of the 100mg pills making the dosage 200mg. should i do something?

Yes: Be more careful. 200 mg of Zoloft (sertraline) never killed anybody. Skipping tomorrow shouldn't disrupt the effect of the drug. BUT: Call your doctor and let him/her know. Don't personalize this: He/she's your doctor, not yout mother.

Max dose of Zoloft is 200mg. Side effect would occur when you start taking the pill. Once accustomed to the pill, the 200mg dose should not cause any issue.
