I take 200 mg of zoloft (sertraline) daily for chronic anxiety. i believe i may have accidentally taken double that (400 mg) today. dangers?

200 MG q.d. is a: high dose and twice that is higher than I've ever heard. I'd call poison control or 911 just to quickly check in with the experts. If you are near an ER, that would do, but I'd call someone STAT just to lower your anxiety even more. What are your symptoms after taking double the dose? How long ago did you take it?
